Quality Assurance Committee


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop quality systems and propose quality improvement policies and procedures
  2. Prepare documents and evidence, and assist in preparing manuals
  3. Train and supervise quality coordinators and auditors
  4. Supervise systematic implementation of quality assurance processes.
  5. Disseminating quality culture and introduce approved procedures and policies to staff
  6. Measure and monitor performance of systems and individuals and prepare periodic reports
  7. Evaluate student achievement and progression
  8. Measure the satisfaction rates and conduct feedback studies.
  9. Assist departments and staff to conduct quality assurance processes correctly.
  10. Supervise the internal audit and the appointment of internal audit team members.
  11. Additional tasks could be added upon approval of the Supreme Committee of QM.
