My Path Series 2: Cybersecurity Entry Point– CS & E Department organized "My Path Series 2: Cybersecurity Entry Point" on November 21, 2021. The invited speaker was Ms. Samiah Al Enazi. This workshop was a continuation of the previous workshop "My Path" and the purpose was to make the students aware about different type of competitions and careers in computer science field.

CS Freshman Orientation – An orientation for the freshman students was conducted on September 21, 2021. All freshman students were invited to attend the orientation in order for them to learn about the department's activities. Orientation about the Student advisory system was also conducted at the same time by the department advisory coordinator wherein students were explained about the student advisory system and its importance. They were also introduced to the Depart advisors.

Live session for MIT 012 students – A live session for the prep year students taking the course MIT 012 was conducted on September 13, 2021. The purpose of this session was to hear and solve the problems of the students related to the course MIT 012.

Field Training Orientation for CS trainees – On 12th September, 2021, an orientation session for the CS field trainees who are presently doing Field Training in various companies inside and outside Jubail was organized. The aim of this workshop is to advise the students on various timelines for submitting their documents related to the training.

Game development workshop – A Game development workshop was organized by CS club on February 24 & 26, 2020. The objective of this workshop was to make students learn how to develop games. The students were given some game development concepts using Unity Program.

Opening Ceremony of Student Activities –Department of Student Affairs (JUC) organized the opening ceremony for student activities on September 10, 2019 at MPH. Ms. Sarah Al Mulhim was the representative from CS department. The opening ceremony marked the starting of activities by various clubs in Jubail University College and to encourage the students to register in the clubs of their interests.
