​The Business Administration Club, Jubail University College (Female Branch), has once again successfully conducted its annual competition "Talent in Focus (TiF)" for the third year in a row 2016 on Sunday, November 20, 2016. Students from various departments participated in the competition.

This inter-departmental competition aims to transform students' talents into opportunities by mainly developing and highlighting the students talents and potentials in a competitive manner through many  contests such as : Tech Savvy, The Math Expert, E-Power, Miss CEO, Biz Qiz Viz, MAdvertisement, Just a Minute, Globe Trotter, Fortune Hunt and Spell Bee.  These competitions mainly focused on utilizing and linking academic knowledge with the skills required by the current work environment and through nurturing and presenting them throughout the competition.

A total of six teams competed for the award of "team of the year" of 2016. The TiF Student of the Year was awarded to Ms. Lulwah Salem from the Strong Fist Team and the TiF Team of the Year was awarded to "The Incredibles": Nouf Althumayri, Noura Alsaif, Yasmen Alassaf, Faten Alabdulwahab and Hissah Aldossary.

Dr. Asha Alexander, Chairperson of Business Administration Department presided the event and distributed the prizes. Moreover, Dr. Humera Shahid, Ms. Zakiya Abdulsamad, Ms. Anwar Alshehri and Ms. Raneem Almandeel organized the event.
