On behalf of Faculty and Staff, I welcome all of you to the General Studies Department at Jubail University College (JUC).  The General Studies (GS) Department offers core courses in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Arabic and Islamic studies, and physical education/Health education which are the backbone for all our major programs at JUC.

 The amazing journey of knowledge for a new student at JUC start from this General Studies department. We ensure a smooth and seamless journey at the GS Department that lead to their specialization programs by providing them outstanding educational experience through problem based, logical learning, and practical skills. We have twenty-five highly qualified and motivated faculty and staff members in male branch and 17 faculty members as well as 3 lab technician in the female branch who are committed to give our students the best education which a modern society demands.

The work ethics in this department is very simple: We respect and care for each other. Students, Faculties and Staffs are connected together like a family and we support each other in our studies and research, and encourage each other to succeed.
