Application software for course specific applications is also installed for specialized programs to enhance student learning and understanding. Regulated internet connection, email and printer access are provided with each lab.
Staff, students and visitors are provided with three (3) different wireless network accessibility on the College premise to stay connected to access their email and to surf the internet.
All faculty and students are provided with email accounts. IT Departments actively promotes the use of email communication as all Academic concerns will be communicated through this, as students, they can also communicate with their respective teachers and academic inquiries.
IT Department provides color printing service for paper bigger than A3 for faculty, staff and student activities.
For staff and faculty of the JUC, IT department provides professional video conferencing service for common seminars, workshops and trainings, presentations and staff meetings of both male and female branch.
Desktop computers are provided in the classrooms with projector used for better learning. These computers are connected to the internet and specific software is installed to enrich the learning of students.
IT Department provides technical assistance on activities such as projector, laptop and audio setup on various staff and student activities. In order to avail of this service, they have to fill up the request form with the required IT equipment.
IT department provides minor maintenance and troubleshooting like virus cleanup and updates for staff and students personal laptops, external hard drives and pen drives.
