Jubail University College (JUC) seeks to build bridges of cooperation between the College and the various organizations in the labor market, which would contribute to preparing qualified and skilled workforce that will enrich the productivity and increase the outcomes' quality according to the needs and standards of the market.

Thus, JUC has implemented the Field Training Program in certified and well-known companies and organizations as one of the strategies of constructive collaborations that the College employs. It is a mandatory 15 week training that all JUC students, from all majors, are required to complete for graduation. The program provides an opportunity for the students to apply practically knowledge and skills gained during the years of study in college under the supervision of experts.

The field training program targeted 1341 female students so far, they have conducted their training in over than 200 certified companies and organizations.
