​In the heart of the best city for investment, Jubail University College introduced the Community Service Unit and Continued Education on its educational framework committed to its responsibility toward individuals and society. To this point, the Community Service Unit and Continued Education became a bridge of communication and interaction with all society segments and its various institutions to discover its needs and meet its renewable desires under a modern scientific standard. The role of the unit is to complete the main tasks of the Academic Affairs for Training and Development by providing the society members and its institutions, public or private, with variety of adequate opportunities for education and training.

Thus, JUC continues to attract a qualified manpower by providing the field training program for its students in different industrial and others business sectors which help them to be able to deal with the real work environment and provide them with the skills needed in their future career. In the other hand, the college also encourages the students to conduct a scientific projects and researches during their training program. Therefore, the goal of the field training program is to transfer the theoretical knowledge into a practical application in a real work place.
